Mentoring General/ Divisional Managers, on a one to one basis, on issues relating to line management/ employee issues in their specific areas. Assisting them in areas of self-development, such as setting priorities, assertiveness and time management.

Mentoring Line Managers/ Supervisors, on a one to one basis, empowering them to deal with employee issues in their specific area of responsibility.

Mentoring newly appointed HR managers/ executives with particular emphasis on their own professional development and enabling them to achieve their full potential.

Acting as mentor / confidante to Chief Executives in the area of exploring future development plans, etc. for the organisation in advance of discussing such matters with fellow directors and/or senior management.

Counselling and or coaching for individual employees; senior / line management - providing them with the opportunity to discuss their career aspirations in the context of their present employment or in an alternative form(s) of employment.
