Conducting a diagnostic assessment of the human resources environment in organisations
nationally and internationally; assessing the strengths and weaknesses of the
existing HR function, its relationships with other functions, its contribution
to the "bottom line" etc, and making appropriate recommendations. In
addition offering further assistance, where appropriate, in the form of supporting
senior management with the implementation of new structures; policies and procedures
tailored to meet their specific needs.
Job profiling and assisting chief executives/ senior management with the prioritising
of tasks in respect of senior / line management and reporting personnel.
Advising chief executives/ senior management in cases of unsatisfactory performance
and generally in respect of Labour Law issues.
Conducting independent internal investigations into allegations of harassment
or bullying and other allegations that are covered by Labour Law.
