Providing in-house workshops for management - Irish Employment Law, An Overview from a Management Perspective, with an emphasis on equality legislation for owner/managers/ who have no HR function but have a need to understand the How / When / Where of Employment Law and how it impacts on them. A workshop on Grievance/ Disciplinary Procedures compliments the Employment Law workshop or can be presented as a stand- alone session.
